SharePoint Designer 2010 - Sending email with attachments

I don't know why Microsoft is not adding sending email with attachments activity into SharePoint Designer 2010 OOTB workflow. I think it’s very common functionality if we are working with 'send email' functionality in designer workflow.

Same like SharePoint 2007, Codeplex is providing this functionality for SharePoint Designer 2010.
